At any time, you can access lists of any families that have a balance. To dig deeper, you can access detailed statements for each family.
We can process online payments (credit cards and electronic checks) automatically for you, but obviously offline payments (cash, checks, etc) require a bit of manual intervention. If you choose to accept offline payments, we make things easier by maintaining a list of pending payments for you. As the checks come in, you simply have to review and confirm them.
